The present criminal appeal has been filed to quash the order dated 10th March, 2026 passed by the Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Mau in Sessions Trial No. 1417 of 2021 (State Vs. Suraj Singh & Others), arising out of Case Crime No. 356 of 2021, under Sections 302/34, 406, 506, 504/34 and Section 3 (2) (v) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities)Act, 1989, Police Station-Kotwali, District-Etawah whereby the trial court has rejected the application of the appellants being application no. 45-B dated 4th February, 2026. 3. Brief facts of the present case are that a first information report was lodged on 19th August, 2021 by opposite party no.2
