Notice on the opposite party no.3/High Court Legal Service Committee has been served on 25.03.2026 in their office but there is no representation on behalf of the said committee even in the revised list. 5. Previously when the matter was taken up on 16.04.2026 even in the revised call learned counsels for the opposite party no.2 were not present and thus the matter was adjourned for today making it clear that the matter will not be adjourned on the next date even in their absence
