This Criminal Appeal under Section 14-A(1) of the Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 has been preferred to quash the summoning order dated 19.07.2025 as well as the entire proceedings of Special Sessions Trial No. 445 of 2021, arising out of Case Crime No. 23 of 2019, under Sections 147, 323, 504 I.P.C. and Section 3(1)(Da) of the SC/ST Act. 3.
