The present criminal appeal has been preferred against the judgment and order dated 12.02.2026 passed by the learned Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Ballia in Complaint Case No. 29 of 2024 (Arvind Kumar vs. Pawan Kumar and others), whereby the complaint of the appellant has been dismissed under Section 203 Cr.P.C. 3. The brief facts of the case, as borne out from the record, are that the appellant had initially moved an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. on 22.04.2024 alleging commission of offences under the provisions of the SC/ST Act and other sections.
