This criminal appeal under Section 14A(2) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 has been filed by the appellant Jalal Singh @ Jaani Chauhan, with the prayer to release the appellant on bail in Case Crime No. 43 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 352, 115(2), 109(1), 324(2), 351(3), 3(5) BNS and Section 3(1)(Da), 3(1)(Dha), 3(2)(VA), 3(2)(v) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Gorakhnath, District Gorakhpur. 4.
