This criminal appeal under Section 14-A(1) of The Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 has been preferred to allow the appeal and quash entire proceedings as well as impugned cognizance/summoning order dated 05-04-2025 passed by the Special (SC/ST Act), Bulandshahr in Case No. 955 of 2025 (State Vs. Bablu & Ors.) arising out of Case Crime No.17 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3), 117(2) BNSS and 3(1)(r)(s) of SC/ST Act, Police Station, Aurangabad District Bulandshahr. 3. The parties before this Court have made a request that they have entered into a compromise in this matter and have settled all the disputes between them and now they do not want to proceed with this
