By means of the present criminal appeal under Section 14A(1) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, the appellant seeks to set aside the order dated 24.09.2025 & 29.09.2025 passed by the Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Moradabad in S.S.T. No. 1407 (State vs. Smt. Neeraj Sharma & Another), arising out of Case Crime No. 466 of 2019, under Sections 406 IPC and Section 3(2)(va) of the SC/ST Act, whereby the discharge application filed by the appellants under Section 227 Cr.P.C. has been rejected and charges has been framed under Section 406 I.P.C. 3. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the impugned order dated 24.09.2025 passed by the learned trial court is wholly illegal, arbitrary
