This criminal appeal under Section 14-A(1) of The Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 has been preferred to allow the appeal and quash entire proceedings as well as impugned cognizance/summoning order dated 13-02-2025 passed by the Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Varanasi in Complaint Case No.914 of 2024 (Rajeev Kumar Vs. Narendra Kumar & Ors.) in complaint case no.914 of 2024 under Sections 323, 504 IPC, 3(1) (Da) (Dha) SC/ST Act, P.S. Rohaniya, district Varanasi. 3. The parties before this Court have made a request that they have entered into a compromise in this matter and have settled all the disputes between them and now they do not want to proceed with this matt
