By way of present revision application under Sections 397 read with 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the applicant has prayed for quashing and setting aside the judgment and order of conviction and sentence dated 18.06.2021 passed by the learned JMFC, Naliya, District Kachchh, in Criminal Case No.422 of 2013, whereby, the trial Court has been pleased to hold the applicant guilty for the offence punishable under Section 25(1-B)
