The present petition is filed under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short „the Act‟) impugning the award dated 17.06.2023 (hereinafter „award‟) passed by the arbitral tribunal (for brevity „tribunal‟). 2. The brief facts are that the petitioner company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 is engaged in the business of customer care management services, international warranty services and business outsourcing services in India. By an addendum dated 08.07.2013 the hundred percent attachments of the laptops and the other items mentioned therein were brought within the ambit of the cover.
