The writ Court on 14.8.2025 while disposing of Criminal Misc. Writ Petition No. 5600 of 2024 had passed the following order; "1. Sri Deepak Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner appears and submits that the present writ petition has been moved for implementation of order dated 07.01.2022 as well as conditional order dated 10.12.2021. The orders have been passed in the case moved under Section 133(1) Cr.P.C. 2. It is by way of order dated 07.01.2022 that the interim order dated 10.12.2021 has been made final. 3.
