The present contempt petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 (in short, 'the Act of 1971') has been filed in relation to the order dated 01.02.2019 passed in Second Appeal No. 415 of 2017, which reads as under: "The application has been moved by the appellant seeking extension of the interim order granted by this Court by means of order dated 9.1.2018. It has been stated that the appeal has been admitted and the lower court record was summoned by the Court and by explicit order, the operation of the impugned judgment dated 28.7.2017 was stayed.
