This appeal is directed against order dated 25.02.2026 passed by Commercial Court No.1, Agra in Misc. Case No.40 of 2025, whereby the objections filed by the appellant under Order XXI Rules 58 and 97 CPC have been rejected. 2. A money decree came to be passed in favour of respondent no.1 by the Delhi High Court against respondents no.2 to 6. On execution being laid by the decree holder, the execution proceedings were transferred to Commercial Court Agra, wherein, by order dated 03.05.2017, property situated at 14/25, Chowk Fauwara, Agra was attached. 3. It appears that the proceedings in execution remained pending.
