The revisionist is daughter of sole plaintiff, Sri Hariom Tiwari. Sri Hariom Tiwari/plaintiff had filed a Suit No. 1103 of 2016 (Shri Hariom Tiwari Vs. Shri Satyapal Tiwari alias Satish Chand Tiwari), before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kanpur Nagar. It has to be specified that the plaintiff has filed the present suit against his own father, Sri Satyapal Tiwari alias Satish Chand Tiwari.
