The revisionist is daughter of sole plaintiff, Sri Hariom Tiwari. Sri Hariom Tiwari/plaintiff had filed a Suit No. 1103 of 2016 (Shri Hariom Tiwari Vs. Shri Satyapal Tiwari alias Satish Chand Tiwari), before the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kanpur Nagar. It has to be specified that the plaintiff has filed the present suit against his own father, Sri Satyapal Tiwari alias Satish Chand Tiwari. In the original suit, the plaintiff/opposite party no.1 seeks the relief that a decree of permanent injunction be passed in favour of the plaintiff and against the defendant restraining the defendant, his associates, attorney etc. from disposing of the suit property or dispossessing the plaintiff from the suit property in any manner
