The instant review application is preferred to review the order dated 06.02.2026 passed by this Court in Second Appeal Defective No.7 of 2026 (Ram Dayal v. Smt. Rajarani and Others), wherein this court has dismissed the appeal on the ground of delay and laches. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the reasons for delay in filing the second appeal was properly explained by the applicant in the affidavit filed in support of delay condonation application along with memo of the Second Appeal which has not been properly appreciated by this court while dismissing the appeal on the ground of delay and laches. 9.
