The present review application has been filed by the review applicant/petitioner (hereinafter referred to as the “petitioner”) seeking review of the order dated 19.02.2026 passed by this Court in Writ-C No. 14 of 2026. By the said order, the writ petition was dismissed upon the learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel producing copies of the Government Orders dated 11.12.2010 and 29.07.2022, in terms whereof the maximum age for continuance as District Government Counsel is prescribed as 60 years.
