The present review application has been filed to review the judgement and order dated 05.02.2026 passed by this Court in Writ C No.36605 of 2025 (Udal Singh and 2 others Vs. State of U.P. and 8 others) by which the writ petition was dismissed with the cost of Rs.5000/- on the ground that the petitioners approached this Court by filing successive writ petitions with almost identical reliefs. 3. In the present review application, as many as 16 grounds have been taken for review of the aforesaid judgement. 4. From perusal of the aforesaid grounds, it is clear that no ground is fallen within the ambit of under Order 47 Rule 1 C.P.C. and the petitioner wants rehearing of the matter which is not permissib
