This is a review application filed alongwith delay condonation application by a new counsel, who has not argued the original writ petition. 2. In view of the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Tamil Nadu Electricity Board Vs. N. Raju Reddiar reported in (1997) 9 SCC 736, the present review application alongwith delay condonation application filed by a new counsel, who has not argued the original petition, is not maintainable. The relevant paragraph of the aforesaid judgment reads as under:- "1. It is a sad spectacle that new practice unbecoming of worthy and conducive to the profession is cropping up.
