This review application has been filed for review of order dated 12.02.2026, passed in Writ - A No. 2096 of 2026, whereby the writ petition filed by the applicants against order passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal has been dismissed. 2. The application is barred by 26 days. 3. An application seeking condonation of delay has been filed. 4. For the reasons indicated in the application, supported by affidavit, the same is allowed. 5. Delay in filing the review application is condoned. 6. Counsel for the applicants submitted that the Tribunal had decided the Original Application ('OA') with the assumption that there were 44 vacancies whereas from the material available on record, there were 61 vacancies, which aspect was not taken into consideration by the Tribunal and the writ petition also
