The present appeal under Section 10 of the Delhi High Court Act, read with Order XXI Rules 11, 58 with the Sections 96/100 of the Civil Procedure Code, 19081, and Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, seeks the following prayers: - “a. Allow the further interest as per the court directed. d. Allow the cost bear in the trial court approximately 1.5 lakh. e. Allow the any other or further order which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case may also be passed.” 2.
