The petitioner has approached this Court under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 [“BNSS”] (corresponding to Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure [“CrPC”]), seeking partial quashing of FIR No. RC0482025S0013 dated 11.12.2025, registered under Sections 61(2) read with Sections 143 and 318 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 [“BNS”] 2. The petition is predicated on a settlement between the petitioner and respondent No.2, who was the complainant in the FIR. 3. The allegations in the FIR pertain to trafficking of certain persons and cheating.
