This appeal assails impugned award dated 13th February 2017 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi [“Tribunal”], in Detailed Accident Report No.14926/2015 [“DAR”], whereby the claim petition was dismissed.
