Heard the learned counsel for the parties. 2. The instant application has been preferred under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of a sole Arbitrator. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that a Tender no. eRA2022202303 has been issued by opposite party no. 3, which contains the arbitration clause. He submits that bid of applicant was accepted on 20.12.2022 and a letter of acceptance was issued. However, some dispute arose between the parties, therefore, the applicant had invoked the arbitration clause by sending notice to the opposite party but no consented arbitrator could be appointed. 4.
