Heard Sri Devansh Misra along with Sri Ichchhit Srivastava, learned counsels for the applicant and Shalvin, learned counsel for the respondent. 3. The instant application has been preferred under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of a sole Arbitrator. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the respondent issued the tender for supply order bearing no. 20140842/PV/LP/1(d), wherein a consignment of 165 bundles consisting of 260 sleeping bag and 1000 mattress were to be transferred from the Ordinance Equipment Factory, Kanpur to ITBP, Sonipat, Haryana. The applicant being the successful bidder was allowed to transport the said goods. On 12.05.2015, during the transit of the goods, nearby the ITBP a fire broke out from the high tension wire
