Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on 10.4.2013 a partnership agreement was executed between the parties for construction and development of land. However, some dispute arose between the parties, therefore, the applicant had invoked the arbitration clause by sending notice to the opposite party on 1.12.2025 but the consented arbitration could not be appointed by the parties. Hence the present application under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 filed for appointment of a sole Arbitrator.. 4.
