Heard the learned counsel for the parties. 2. The instant application has been preferred under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 for appointment of a sole Arbitrator. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in terms of purchase order dated 27.7.2021 (as amended on 18.1.2022) executed between the parties, the applicant furnished the bank guarantee and with regard to supply of material an email was sent by the opposite party on 23.11.2021 and in pursuance thereof, the applicant has made supply. However, some dispute arose between the parties with regard to payment, therefore, the applicant had invoked the arbitration clause of the purchase order by sending notice to the opposite party but no consented arbitrator could be appointed. 4.
