Present application under Section 528 of the BNSS has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of SST No.86 of 2017, arising out of Case Crime No.299 of 2016 (State vs. Rajendra), under Section 363, 366, 376 IPC and Section 3/4 POCSO Act, Police Station Sarpataha, District Jaunpur, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st, Jaunpur, as well as Chargesheet dated 22.03.2017 and cognizance order dated 16.09.2017. 3.
