Policed Station Chiluwatal, District Gorakhpur, pending in the Court of Additional Civil Judge(s.D.), Court No.2, Gorakhpur. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that applicant and opposite party no.2 have amicably settled their dispute out of the Court.
