The instant application has been filed seeking quashing of further proceeding, charge sheet dated 23.7.2023 as well as framing of charge order dated 28.7.2025 passed by Sessions Judge, Kannauj and entire proceeding of Criminal Case no. 226 of 2025 (State vs. Laxmi Narayan and others) arising out of Case Crime no. 0215 of 2023, PS- Thathiya, District Kannauj under Section 506 IPC against applicant no. 1 and under sections 328, 323, 504 IPC against applicant nos. 2 and 3. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that the impugned framing of charge order dated 28.7.2025 has been passed without considering the entirety of the matter.
