Sheela Devi and others), under Section 420 IPC, Police Station- Dokati, District- Ballia. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that present application u/s 528 has been filed against the order dated 30.07.2025 passed by the Civil Judge (J.D.)/ FTC-IIIrd, Ballia in the Case No. 288 of 2023 (Rita Devi Vs. Sheela Devi and others). He further submitted that the impugned order has been passed without afffording an opportunity of being heard to the applicant.
