By means of the instant application filed under Section 528 BNSS, the applicant has sought quashing of order dated 13.02.2026 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.7, Kanpur Nagar in Case no. 82983 of 2021 (State vs. Imran Shafi), arising out of Case Crime No.7 of 2021, under Section 147, 323, 354, 427, 452, 506, P.S. Moolganj, District Kanpur Nagar whereby application preferred at the behest of applicant seeking renewal of his passport, was rejected. Further prayer to direct the concerned authority to renew the passport of applicant within a stipulated period. 3. Brief facts of the case are that applicant preferred an application on dated 05.02.2026 before learned court concerned for renewal of his passport
