Learned counsel for the applicants submitted that present application u/s 528 has been filed against the order dated 27.01.2025 passed by the Additional Civil Judge (J.D.)/ J.M., Court No.3, Kasganj. He further submitted that the impugned order has been passed without affording an opportunity of being heard to the applicant.
