The instant application has been preferred for seeking quashing of charge- sheet dated 07.09.2025, cognizance/summoning order dated 09.01.2026 and the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.708 of 2026 (State vs. Rakesh Kumar and Others) arising out of Case Crime No.287 of 2025, under sections 120B, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC, P.S. Bhadohi, District- Bhadohi, pending before learned court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhadohi at Gyanpur. 3.
