Present application under Section 528 of the BNSS has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Case No.1545 of 2025 (State vs. Subhan Ali), arising out of Case Crime No.65 of 2025, under Sections 69, 351(2) of the BNS, Police Station Swar, District Rampur, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge/F.T.C.I, Rampur as well as Chargesheet dated 26.02.2025 and the cognizance/summoning order dated 18.08.2025. 3. The following submissions have been made by the learned counsel for the applicant: (i) The applicant and the victim of the present case have entered into matrimonial alliance on 25.02.2025, copy of the Nikahnama has been appended as Annexure-6
