Present application under Section 528 of the BNSS has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Special Sessions Case No. 768 of 2022 (State of U.P. vs. Rinku Gupta @ Akash), arising out of Case Crime No. 500 of 2022 under Section 376, 506 of I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Dibiyapur, District Auraiya, as well as chargesheet dated 26.10.2022, pending in the court of Special Judge, POCSO Act, Auraiya, on the basis of Compromise dated 22.01.2026. 3. The following submissions have been made by the learned counsel for the applicant: (i) The applicant and the victim of the
