Present application under Section 528 of the BNSS has been filed to quash the impugned charge-sheet dated 14.02.2025 and cognizance order dated 11.06.2025 as well as entire criminal proceeding of Special Sessions Trial No.166 of 2025 (State vs. Vimlesh Kumar Yadav), arising out of Case Crime No.240 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 376 of I.P.C. and Section 5J(II)/6 POCSO Act, Police Station Line Bazar, District Jaunpur, pending in the court of Additional Session Judge/ Special Judge, POCSO Act (Exclusive), Jaunpur, on the basis of compromise dated 07.01.2026. 4.
