At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that at the time of preferring instant application, due to typographical mistake, there is no reference of the cognizance order in the prayer clause of instant application which is bona fide rather intentional and he also preferred certified copy of cognizance order dated 10.2.2026 which is taken on record. 2. Learned counsel for applicant is hereby requested to incorporate the submission in the prayer clause as well as at the relevant place, if necessary, in the instant application.
