The present application has been filed u/s 528 BNSS, 2023 with a prayer to quash the order dated 27.11.2025 passed by the Revisional Court in Criminal Revision No. 190 of 2025 (Ram Kishan Vs. Sanjay Saini and Others) and the order dated 04.07.2025 passed by the CJM, Rampur in Misc. Case No. 275 of 2025 whereby the application of the applicant has been treated as a complaint case. 3. Brief facts of the case are that on 27.11.2025 at about 5.00 P.M. wife of the applicant namely, Radha Saini was present alone at her milk dairy then opposite party no. 2 and 3 came there, quarrel with her, assaulted her and allegedly snatched her gold chain weighing about 20 gms.
