Present application has been filed to quash the impugned order dated 30.10.2025, passed by Additional Civil Judge (J.D.) Court No.7, Varanasi, in Complaint Case No. Nill of 2024, under section 12 of the Domestic Violence Act, Police Station- Sarnath, District-Varanasi. 3. Counsel for the applicant submits that applicant no.1 is husband and applicants no. 2 and 3 are in-laws of opposite party no. 2. As per complaint, marriage of applicant no. 1 was solemnized with opposite party no. 2 on 12.04.2021, thereafter the opposite party no. 2 lived with applicant in her matrimonial house, thereafter on some dispute, opposite party no. 2 was ousted from the matrimonial house and at present the opposite party no. 2 is living with her parents.
