This application under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (in short ‘BNSS’) has been filed to quash charge-sheet dated 14.11.2024, cognizance/summoning order dated 29.04.2025 as well as entire proceedings of Case No. 35469 of 2025 (State Vs. Aashish Kumar) arising out of Case Crime No. 86 of 2024, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 406 IPC, Police Station Naubasta, District Kanpur Nagar, pending in the court of learned Special Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar. 3. Brief facts of the case are that opposite party no.2, Anuj Kumar Bajpayee, lodged an FIR
