Present application u/s 528 BNSS has been filed for quashing the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 18960 of 2025 (State vs. Avinash Kumar), arising out of case crime no. 144 of 2025 under Sections 69, 352, 351(2) of B.N.S., Police Station Trans Yamuna, District Agra, as well as chargesheet dated 27.08.2025 and cognizance/summoning order dated 03.10.2025, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 5, Agra. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that an application u/s 528 B.N.S.S. No. 52198 of 2025 was filed by the applicant no. 2 and the same was disposed of vide order dated 14.01.2026 and the applicants were directed to file a joint petition after verification of compromise, therefore, a joint petition is being filed by the applicants in pursuance of order dated 14.01.
