The instant applicant is being filed by the applicants to quash the charge sheet dated 29.01.2022, cognizance order dated 07.07.2022 and proceeding of Case No. 704 of 2022 (State Vs. Amr Singh and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 0017 of 2022, under Sections 504 and 506 IPC, P.S. Dibai, District Bulandshahar pending before the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Anoopshahar, Bulandshahar, inter alia, on the ground of compromise. 2. It is jointly contended by the learned counsel for the parties that the FIR has lodged by opposite party no.2 on 11.01.2022 for offence of criminal intimidation and insult intended to provoke breach of peace. The applicants and opposite party no.2 are o
