Pramod Singh and others), arising out of Case Crime No.42 of 2023, under Section 147, 506 IPC, P.,S. Bankata, District Deoria, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.17, Deoria. 3. Learned counsel for applicant submits that supplementary charge-sheet which has been submitted by concerned Investigating Officer has not been taken into consideration by learned court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Deoria, since in pursuance to registration of FIR at Case Crime No.42 of 2023
