The instant application has been filed under Section 528 BNSS by applicants to quash the entire proceeding of Session Trial No. 1591 of 2022 (arising out of Case Crime No. 142 of 2017), under Sections 323, 308, 504 and 506 IPC, Police Station- Jagner, District- Agra, pending in the Court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 18, Agra on the basis of compromise. 3. It is jointly contended by learned counsel for parties that there was property dispute between the parties wherein cross FIRs have been lodged. The trial is continuing and during the trial the accused applicants and opposite party nos. 2 to 5 have entered into compromis
