The instant application under Section 528 BNSS has been filed by applicants to quash the entire proceedings of Sessions Trial No. 1592 of 2022 (State Vs. Charan Singh and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 143 of 2017, under Sections 323, 324, 504 IPC, Police Station- Jagner, District- Agra, pending before the court of Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.24, Agra. 3.
