The instant application has been filed under Section 528 BNSS by applicants to quash the entire proceeding of Case No. 1599 of 2021, arising out of Case Crime No. 611 of 2020, under Sections 452, 354, 323, 504, 506 of IPC, P.S. Izzatnagar, District Bareilly, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bareilly, inter alia on the ground of compromise. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for applicants that accused applicants and opposite party nos. 2 & 3 are neighbours. There was some dispute regarding the drain in front of the house of the parties which led to lodging of the FIR wherein the mother of opposite party no. 2 suffered injuries.
