The instant application under Section 528 BNSS has been filed by applicant to quash the non bailable warrant as well as entire proceedings of the Case No. 4379 of 1999 (State Vs. Pradumn and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 617 of 1999, under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468 IPC, P.S.- Kotwali Shahar, District- Bijnor, pending in the court of ACJM, Court No. 1st, Bijnor. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for applicant that accused is not charge sheeted, despite that non bailable warrant has been issued against him.
