The present application under Section 528 B.N.S.S. has been filed for quashing the order dated 13.8.2025 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.1, Mathrua in Case no. 1677 of 2017 (State Vs. Ramgopal + Nagendra and others) arising out of Case Crime No.424 of 2008, under Sections 147, 148, 325, 323, 504 I.P.C., Police Station Farah, District Mathura. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicant had lodged a First Information Report against opposite party Nos. 2 to 7, registered as Case Crime No.424 of 2008, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, and 325 I.P.C. It is further submitted that the applicant sustained multiple injuries and was medically examined at District Hospital, Mathura, where 13 injuries were found on his body.
