The instant application under Section 528 BNSS has been filed by applicant to quash the entire proceeding of Criminal Case No. 3108 of 2025, arising out of Case Crime No. 177 of 2025, under Sections 333, 115(2), 352, 118(2) BNS, Police Station- Hassayan, District- Hathras, pending before the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Hathras. 4.
