The instant application has been filed under Section 528 BNSS by applicants to quash the charge sheet dated 12.08.2024, cognizance order dated 28.09.2024 as well as entire criminal proceeding of Case No. 359/2024, Case Crime No. 185/2024 (State Vs. Ayan Shahzada), under Sections 323, 325, 452, 504, 506 read with Section 34 IPC, P.S.- Mohamdabad Gohna, District- Mau, pending in the Juvenile Justice Board, District- Mau, on the basis of compromise. 3. It is jointly contended by learned counsel for parties that the applicant and opposite party no. 2 are of same family.
